A Lifelong Swimmer Passionate About Making Lessons Accessible
Lizzie started swimming at the age of 6 in Alabama and never stopped. When she moved to Nebraska her sophomore year, she transitioned from swim team to coaching. Now after a short break from swimming and moving to Washington, she’s back in the water and ready to go! Lizzie has taught students from toddlers to the elderly and is very excited about the Scholarship programs since she comes from the world of foster care and adoptions. Seeing people get the opportunity to learn a skill that will serve them a lifetime even if they don’t have the finances for it, means a lot to her. In her spare time, she can be found painting, rock climbing, paddleboarding and hiking.

How our lessons work
Supportive lessons
You and your child are together in the water along with your instructor until your child is ready to swim independently.
A minimum of 30 minutes long
Lessons take place each week, so it’s a wonderful way to bond with your baby away from the craziness of life.
Have fun!
Skills are taught through song, play and repetition, so there’s never a dull moment when you’re in the pool.
Tailored progress
Our teachers will tailor each lesson to your little one’s ability, so it’s only when they’re ready, we’re ready.
What we’ll teach you
Our program helps your little one develop essential swimming skills, confidence, and water safety from day one. We’ll teach you to teach your baby to swim.
- Water Familiarity – Helping your baby feel comfortable in the water.
- Natural Reflexes – Developing instincts into core aquatic skills.
- Independent Swimming – Learning different strokes and swimming freely.
- Water Safety – Essential skills to stay safe in and around water.
