Sam’s Passion For Teaching Children Through Water

Sam is the co‑founder of Water Babies Mid South Chicago and brings a strong background in strategic leadership and operations to the program. In her full‑time role as a Senior Director at IQVIA, she leads global project teams focused on rare and infectious disease research and has more than two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.

At Water Babies, Sam helps guide planning, operations, and the overall experience for families. She is committed to ensuring that the program is thoughtful, consistent, and aligned with the values that make Water Babies unique – safety, learning, and connection. Even while managing a demanding career, she is deeply invested in helping build something meaningful for the community.

Sam was drawn to Water Babies because of its focus on empowering families and giving children skills that support their development and long-term safety. She is proud to help bring a program to Mid South Chicago that creates a warm space for families, strengthens early learning, and offers opportunities for children to build confidence in and around the water.
