Job Title: (Seattle, WA) Swim Teacher for Parent & Baby (0-4 yrs)

Location: Seattle, Washington

Salary: Up to $35+/hr DOE and average weekly pool hours

Details: Saturday/ Sunday 8:30 AM -1:30 PM Saturday/ Sunday 12:30 – 5:00 PM Weekday Evenings 4:00 – 8:00 PM Some training may take place in Renton


We are looking for fun, outgoing, responsible individuals to teach classes in our Water Babies parent & baby swim program!

Competitive salaries: $20.57 to $35+/hr, once trained, DOE and average weekly pool hours

Paid training: $18-22/hr DOE

*** Signing Bonus of $1000 once criteria is met ***

We are looking for responsible individuals who:

  • Have a love of water and can swim
  • Enjoy working with children and adults
  • Have good communication skills
  • Are fluent in English, oral and written
  • Are available to work evenings & weekends
  • Are reliable, organized and detail-oriented
  • Are able to work a minimum of 8-20 hours a week

Requirements:

  • Previous swim instruction experience helpful, but not required
  • CPR and First Aid required within 3 months

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Swimming: 1 year (Required)
  • Working with children: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • CPR / First Aid Certification (Preferred)
  • Lifeguard Training (Preferred)
