Age 0-1
Baby Swimming
From your very first lesson, babies will start to build a strong foundation in swimming – supporting their key developmental milestones, promoting movement, confidence, and safety.
Age 1-2
Toddler Swimming
Toddlers will embark on an immersive swimming journey, building confidence through play, activities and imaginative challenges as they develop their swimming skills.
Age 2-3
Toddler & preschool swimming
Children aged 2-3 build strength and independence in swimming, growing their water confidence to perfect their core aquatic skills and swimming strokes.
Age 3-4
Early years swimming
Children aged 3-4 refine their swimming techniques, build endurance and gain confidence in the water as they progress to independent swimming at their own pace.
Age 4+
Child swimming
Children aged 4+ will swim strong and stay safe as they become more independent and adventurous as they graduate our Water Babies program and join our Swimvincible program. Click to explore more.
Age 4-8+
Swimming solo
Children aged 4+ will swim strong and stay safe as they become more independent and explore swimming without parents in the pool to start a new aquatic adventure.
Age 7-9+
Swimming confident
Children aged 7+ will build on technique and endurance as they become confident swimmers, from water safety to strokes.
Ages 8+
Swimming strong
Children will become swimming legends as they achieve their Treasures, concentrate on swimming distances and techniques, ready to explore water in more depth.
